The first home I ever bought was a 1905 fixer-upper that needed everything. New kitchen, new bathroom, new plumbing, new wiring... well, just about everything. The problem was, I'd spent every penny I had just to buy the place. When I called contractors for quotes, the numbers made my stomach drop — way out of reach. Fortunately, I had some skills and I wasn't afraid to get my hands dirty. So I figured it out — one project at a time, one problem at a time.
That was over 30 years ago and I've learned a lot since then, working on hundreds of projects all across the Puget Sound. But that feeling of wanting to make your home better and not knowing if you can afford to — that stuck with me. It's a reality I see every week, when I meet homeowners anxiously planning their next project.
You love your home. You know what it could look like. But the quotes are intimidating, and the last thing you want is to get halfway through a remodel and realize you're in over your head — financially or otherwise.
That's why I started NW Homeworks. Not to chase after rich clients with designer homes and bottomless budgets, but to be an approachable, experienced contractor who understands what you actually need, works within what you can actually spend, and delivers a kitchen or bathroom you're proud of — without the financial hangover.
From framing and drywall to tile work and custom finishes, our skilled in-house team handles every phase of your remodel. We specialize in full kitchen and bathroom renovations, IKEA cabinet installations, and creative design solutions — delivering meticulous work, clear communication, and results that exceed expectations.
